Reminders that stop

Rent receipts
A receipt for every payment, with your name and the unit address. Tenants use them for HRA claims.

Late fees apply only if the agreement says so, at the rate it states. You can waive them in one tap.
Maintenance and utilities
Add society maintenance, electricity sub-meter or water charges to the same link as separate lines.
Cash and bank transfer

About Rent Collect
Do tenants need to install an app?
No. Tenants receive a link on WhatsApp or SMS and pay with any UPI app they already use.
What are the payment gateway charges?
Charges are set by the payment gateway and depend on the method. They are shown separately from your plan on every payout, so you always see what was deducted.
Can I collect rent for a shop with GST?
Yes. For commercial units where you are GST registered, add GST to the rent line and the receipt shows it as a tax invoice.
