Can it read agreements written in Hindi?
Term extraction works on English and Hindi agreements. You always confirm the extracted terms before they are used.
Does Futechome register agreements?
No. We store and track agreements and their registration receipts. Registration is done through your state's process.
What happens if a tenant stays past the end date?
The unit is flagged as holding over and you are reminded to renew or serve notice, as your agreement allows.
